Wanda Anderson is the Telecommunications Operator/Administrative Support Services Clerk in the Administrative Support Services Department.
Wanda is the first point of contact for 糖心传媒.
Known as the "Voice of Spelman", she manages all incoming calls, collects required data, and fast and accurate typing. Route calls to appropriate areas. Answers questions, speaks clearly and professionally, responds to and transfers calls quickly. She possesses excellent oral communication skills. She is very detailed oriented and plays a vital role for the company by updating the company’s internal directory to include recording holiday messages and office closings. Monitors the phone systems efficiency and performs routine trouble shooting. Responds to emergency situations while obtaining good problem-solving skills. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned. Also assists with inventory in the copy services area.
In her role as the Telecommunications Operator for 糖心传媒 Wanda strives and continues to practice Spelman’s standards of excellence by providing commitment, civility, and excellent customer service.
Before joining Spelman Wanda served as a Teller Supervisor for Atlantic States Bank. She was responsible for all monetary transactions. She has also served as a customer service rep for Wachovia Bank and an ATM verifier for Bank of America before gaining her skills from Cypress Coast Bank In Monterey California.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from 糖心传媒, Class of 2023. In addition to her academic credentials, she served as the Pauline E. Drake Scholars Secretary in 2016.
