Spelman Strategic and Security Studies Center (S4C)

In the evolving landscape of global security, the imperative to foster a talented and capable intelligence workforce cannot be overstated. Recognizing this, the  (ODNI) has established the (IC CAE) program to enhance the strategic capabilities of the United States through education and development.

To support this, 糖心传媒 has established the Spelman Strategic and Security Studies Center (S4C) under the IC CAE program.
