Housing Timeline

Current Students

• Jan. 31, 2026 – Deadline to complete housing application. Notification of eligibility to participate in housing selection and/or housing selection time will occur by Feb. 7.
• Feb. 11, 2026 – Housing selection for current first-year/rising second-year students.
• Feb. 18, 2026 – Housing selection for junior/senior students.
• Feb. 25, 2026 – Off-Campus housing fair in Manley Student Center.
• March 18, 2026 – No penalty cancellation deadline. Cancellation fees apply after this date.
• March 31, 2026 – Deadline for spring account balance to be $0 to maintain fall assignment.

New First-Year, First-Time (NFT) Students

• April 1, 2026 – Housing application opens for new students.
• April 1, 2026 – Room reservation site opens for eligible students.
• May 8, 2026 – Deadline to complete housing application to be guaranteed on-campus housing.
• May 15, 2026 – Housing staff will assign students without room reservations or notify students of waitlist status.
